Hi Shannon! To take the swap button, right click on it and hit "save image as" to your own computer. Then upload it to flickr or whatever photo host you like to use. Then you can add it to your blog from there (they give you instructions). When you put it on your blog from the photo host, you'll get a bunch of html code. After it has a quotation mark and the letter href, you'll put in the swap's website instead of the photo site's website. I hope that clears things up for you!
